ROLE: Account Manager (six-month contract)
LINE MANAGER: Account Director

THE ROLE

As Account Manager (six-month contract), you will play a key role in helping to ensure the smooth running of projects and communicate with clients to deliver a high-quality service and build a strong working relationship.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicating on a daily basis with the clients and managing the tasks required from them

Facilitating the smooth running of content marketing projects. Tasks include:

Briefing internal teams

Setting up and managing content creation schedules, and ensuring deadlines are adhered to

Managing, filing and processing of feedback from the client accurately and efficiently

Supporting the team on running of projects across design, editorial and client servicing

Supporting the Business Director and Account Director on client and project management

Creating status reports and managing client and team admin requirements as necessary (such as meeting agendas and notes)

Identifying opportunities for growth and undergoing the pitching of projects

Keeping up to date with industry trends

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
The ideal Account Manager will have the following:

3 years+ of account servicing, ideally within integrated marketing

Experience working within an agency is important

Outstanding spoken and written English and Cantonese skills are essential

Strong communication and organisational skills

Ability to work well under pressure and the confidence to take ownership of solving problems

A good understanding of marketing channels and content across digital and print, including but not limited to digital articles, websites and eDMs

A passion for delivering great work, with good energy and a positive attitude

Availability to start immediately or at short notice is preferred

REPORTING LINES AND LIASON

Reports to Account Director
