Role Overview:
The Senior Account Manager will play a critical role in managing client relationships, developing and executing impactful PR campaigns, and driving results for a diverse portfolio of clients. Working closely with the Account Director and cross-functional teams, this position requires strategic thinking, creativity, and exceptional organizational skills to ensure excellence in all aspects of client work.
 
Main Duties:

• Provide strategic and tactical support to Vice President to ensure seamless execution of PR campaigns.
• Act as the day-to-day contact for clients, managing expectations and fostering strong relationships.
• Lead and deliver PR initiatives across digital, traditional, and social media platforms to achieve client objectives.
• Drive media relations by cultivating and maintaining relationships with key journalists, influencers, and media outlets.
• Develop and present compelling proposals, credentials, and pitch documents in support of new business efforts.
• Manage events, press days, and activations, ensuring flawless execution from concept to completion.
• Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for clients and enhance campaign strategies.
• Mentor and line-manage junior staff, setting clear targets and fostering team development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including social media and events, to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Ensure all communication and deliverables align with brand objectives, maintaining quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
• Analyze campaign performance, compile reports, and provide actionable insights to clients.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in Public Relations, ideally within the lifestyle, or related sectors.
• Strong media and influencer network, with the ability to secure high-impact coverage across print, digital, and social platforms.
• Proven track record in successfully developing and executing PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive results.
• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in creating engaging presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative and strategic thinker, able to identify innovative opportunities and craft impactful campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital analytics, and influencer marketing tools.
• Confident team leader with experience mentoring and motivating junior staff members.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Docs, and PR tools.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt, think critically, and solve problems effectively.
• Established international media contacts and experience working on global campaigns.
• Background in event management, including coordination of guest lists, vendors, and onsite execution.
• Familiarity with emerging trends in the lifestyle, or wellness sectors.
