About the Role
Canon is offering a unique and truly exciting opportunity for a Corporate Communications Specialist to deliver a number of key projects and initiatives throughout our calendar year. This role ensures our internal and external communications are delivered in line with Canon’s vision, culture and purpose. This role is responsible for the execution of several corporate events throughout the year, local PR and liaising with our external corporate and community partners. This is a pivotal role in our company where no two days are the same.  A confident, organised and highly personable nature will ensure you are the one to join us on our journey!
 
About You
The right candidate for this role must be full of energy and well-organised to deliver on deadlines and create a buzz in the office! Communication is the name of the game, so it goes without saying that your written and verbal communication is exceptional, and you have the confidence to talk to stakeholders at all levels of an organisation. Passion for the brand is a must along with playing your part in helping to deliver on upholding our company culture and making Canon an even better place to work.

A related tertiary degree and at least 3 years’ experience in a Communications role is essential, along with proven experience in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Photoshop.
