Sarah Ferguson to present 7.30
Sarah Ferguson has been appointed Presenter of the ABC's 7.30 programme. She will commence her new role in July, following Leigh Sales' departure at the end of June.
Sarah's career in journalism began in the United Kingdom and France. After moving to Australia, she spent time at SBS and Nine before joining the ABC in 2008 to work on Four Corners. Some of her awards and accolades include five Walkley Awards, five Logies for Most Outstanding Public Affairs Report and the Melbourne Press Club Gold Quill.
Since early 2021, Sarah has been based in Washington D.C., reporting for the ABC’s Four Corners and Foreign Correspondent programmes.
