Archipelago of Drought fellowship and workshop
The Society of Indonesian Science Journalists (SISJ) in collaboration with CNN Indonesia Academy, with the full support of the United States Embassy in Jakarta, launched the "Archipelago of Drought, Covering the Water Crisis in Indonesia." This programme aims to increase the capacity of Indonesian journalists to report on the water crisis as a result of climate change. The programme will take place throughout 2023 including workshops, the development of a database of Indonesian scientists, journalism scholarships, coverage grants, photo contests, and webinars on the presentation of coverage results.
Workshops will be held in Jakarta and Makassar - accommodation and transportation are provided. The selected workshop participants will have the opportunity to get a Reporting Grant worth IDR 88 million. Register your proposal here (limited quota).
