Rachel Lai has moved to AXA as Corporate Communications Director to lead comms and sustainability. With more than a decade of experience in the financial services sector, Rachel started her career as a Journalist and moved in-house at Citi Hong Kong to manage corporate affairs. She served in senior PR and comms positions at MSCI, ICBC and CFA Institute.
