BCM Group’s IVY PR has appointed Caley O’Neill as National Client Director / Account Director to lead client accounts and team operations as the agency continues its expansion nationally. In her new role, Caley will work alongside IVY PR’s Co-Managing Directors, Mia Hamilton and Emma Bedsor, and will be heading up the agency’s Sydney client roster, including brands such as amaysim, Strength to Give and THEODORE.

She joins the team with years of PR and communications experience, specialising in strategy, media relations, and integrated campaign management, most recently as Senior Account Director for HERO, leading the agency’s PR offering. Prior to that, she held agency roles at Sabio (formerly P4 Group) and has worked alongside a range of brands, including The Langham Hotels, Maybelline New York (L’Oreal), WOW Tech Group, BrewDog, Pinnacle Drinks, LSKD, and AMP Capital throughout her career.
