Global integrated marketing and communications agency, FINN Partners, has promoted Annouchka Behrmann to Managing Partner, Hong Kong, and Cathy Feliciano-Chon to the expanded role of Managing Partner, Strategic Development, Asia Pacific. 

Annouchka joined FINN in October 2023 as Senior Partner. In her latest post, she is charged with strengthening the agency's position in the travel and tourism, hospitality, design, wellness and luxury industries, while also broadening its capabilities and services offered to clients, particularly within corporate communications and purpose. Annouchka is further tasked with diversifying FINN's offerings across the health, consumer, technology and B2B sectors. 

Annouchka's promotion has created the space for Cathy to step up from her previous role as Managing Partner and Greater China Lead. This new appointment will see her focusing on FINN's regional business development, brand strategy and thought leadership initiatives.

Cathy joined the agency in 2019 as Managing Partner and a key member of FINN Asia’s management team. With experience in strategic brand and communications in travel, hospitality, luxury and design, she has developed various industry resources and trend studies. She also serves as a member of the Global Wellness Summit Advisory Board.
