Former Weber Shandwick strategy chief and Australian Chair, Ian Rumsby, along with business partners Drew Klonsky and Jye Smith, have announced the launch of Aeio, a communications and social innovation consultancy. Based in Sydney, the business aims to help organisations create and manage meaningful change, focusing on corporate communications, culture transformation and social innovation.

Rumsby said, "We built Aeio to help organisations uncomplicate the complex, navigate the shift in market need and expectation, and (as we like to say) do good, make better. It’s a direct response to the growing need for brands to better connect communications, culture and commerce."

Aeio will initially deliver consulting services to the Australian and South East Asian markets.
