J.P. Morgan has appointed Geoff Siebengartner as Managing Director, Head of Government Affairs & Corporate Responsibility, Asia Pacific. Based in Hong Kong, Geoff joins after five years with FedEx where he led the regulatory and government affairs team. Prior to moving to Hong Kong, Geoff served in Beijing, Shanghai, Taipei and Manila as a US diplomat for 14 years.
