Jon Condon joins Rural Journalism Hall of Fame
Jon Condon, Publisher / Editor of Beef Central, has been inducted into the Rural Journalism Hall of Fame. Jon has worked in agricultural journalism for over 40 years and helped co-found Beef Central in 2011.
During his time in journalism, Jon has covered events including the theft of 6000 cattle in Queensland, which was the largest incident of cattle theft in the world, as well as Australia's large-scale brucellosis and tuberculosis eradication campaign, which resulted in the Federal Government increasing compensation for affected farmers.
