Director and Co-owner of Magnum & Co., Katie Barclay, has acquired the brand communications agency, with Chairperson and majority shareholder, Michelle Hampton, exiting the business she founded 16 years ago.

Reflecting on her time at Magnum, Michelle said, "It’s hard to sum up 16 years into a few sentences, but I’m incredibly proud and grateful for all the experiences I’ve been a part of at Magnum. I never started with the intention to build it into what it is today. In all honesty, at 25 years of age, I quit my job at the time because I wanted to work my own hours, make my own rules, and partner with brands I was genuinely interested in; ones that wanted to think differently."
