Grupo Agatep, an integrated marketing communication agency in the Philippines, has announced two new appointments within the leadership team.

Norman Agatep has been named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He has more than 30 years of experience in corporate and marketing communication, bringing a suite of skills including public relations, advertising, digital marketing, creative development and strategic planning. Prior to this, Norman served as the agency's Managing Director and President. He also held roles at Euro RSCG Manila and Havas Worldwide Manila.

Michelle Agatep-Bayhon has assumed the role of Managing Director. She brings more than two decades of experience in reputation management, corporate communication and integrated marketing strategies to her new role. Michelle previously served as the agency's Client Servicing Director.
