Li Yang has been appointed as Head of Communications at British Consulate-General Wuhan. He joined the British Embassy almost four years ago as a Communications Officer in Beijing. Before that he gained corporate and consumer comms knowledge having worked with clients including Microsoft, Rocky Mountain Institute and Mars at H+K Strategies and Edelman.
