Louis Doucet has arrived in Hong Kong, joining the Consulate General of France in Hong Kong and Macau as Head of Press and Communications. With over six years in policy and foreign affairs, Louis was previously based in Europe, working as a Policy Advisor for the Permanent Representation of France to the European Union and before that, a Desk Officer at the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs in Paris.
