M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment has promoted Lauren Galloway to General Manager and appointed Vanessa Tucker as Creative Director in a refresh of the agency’s management team.

Lauren has been with the M&C Saatchi Group for eight years, and has spent the past five years working across the full gamut of creative production. The promotion will see her focus on the quality of work by the agency, client satisfaction, the health, wellbeing and development of the agency’s staff.

Vanessa joins the agency with more than 18 years of experience, most recently based in London as Creative Director at TMS (The Marketing Store). She has previously worked with a wide range of clients on PR, Partnerships, Content, Experiential, Digital, Social, Advertising and Direct Marketing campaigns.

On the appointments, Managing Director at M&C Saatchi Sport and Entertainment, Krystyna Frassetto said: "Vanessa joining us as Creative Director is a real coup.
