Michelle Chen has been named Head of Marketing & Communications at freight forwarding provider JAS Worldwide. Shanghai-based, Michelle leads the group’s Greater China marcomms efforts including PR, ESG and CSR. Michelle joins after six years of managing marcomms at e-commerce solutions at DHL Global Forwarding, prior to which she served in various marketing and operation roles at FedEx within her 13-year stint.
