Newsman Joel Pablo Salud launches book for aspiring journalists
Joel Pablo Salud, a Senior Editor / Columnist at Rappler, has launched his new book titled In The Line of Fire Lectures. Published by San Anselmo Press, the book is a collection of talks and lectures that Joel delivered in the span of six years in colleges and universities across the Philippines. The featured lectures' subject matters include the role of journalists under authoritarian regimes, media ethics, and fighting fake news. The book is aimed at campus journalists who are no longer only focused on school-related news but are also now covering community-based and national stories.
