NZME acquires BusinessDesk
NZME has entered into a conditional agreement to acquire BusinessDesk for up to NZ$5 million. NZME has confirmed the BusinessDesk brand will continue to operate as a separate publication and all current BusinessDesk employees will be offered roles with NZME. All subscriber logins will also remain unchanged.
BusinessDesk launched in 2008 and is now a subscription-only publication. The acquisition is expected to be completed in the first part of 2022.
