Hong Kong-based communications agency, Paradigm Consulting, has announced two senior hires to support the firm's growth and international expansion.

• Viv Lines has joined as an Executive Director to strengthen the agency's stakeholder communications services for clients and advise its Co-Founders and Managing Directors on the agency's overall development. With three decades of experience, Viv was previously Global Vice-Chair at H+K Strategies.
• The team also welcomed Rachel Chan, who was formerly Corporate Communications Head of Asia Pacific at Alibaba Group. Through her experience in working in the Mainland Chinese market and with globally recognised brands, Rachel will help drive Paradigm's growth and client acquisition plans.

With teams in Shanghai, London and Singapore, the agency will continue bolstering its range of corporate clients, which includes international blue chips, local Hong Kong institutions as well as expanding Mainland Chinese companies.
