Good Guys is a podcast hosted and produced by journalist, Sean Hogan. Episodes feature conversations and guides to inspire men to transform their wellbeing and prioritise their mental health. Spurred by the troubling statistics around men's suicide, Sean decided to tell the stories of those who have lived through mental distress to create pathways for listeners to put themselves and their minds first.
Throughout the series, listeners hear from men who have tackled adversity or faced the full force of mental distress. Guests also provide guidance to find help or assistance in times of need.
Good Guys has released eight episodes featuring the stories of men from all walks of life. More episodes are planned for 2022.
