Innies + Outies is a podcast produced by the ABC that explores the experiences of LGBTQIA+ Australians. Hosted by Walkley Award-winning Journalist, Mon Schafter, episodes focus on a different topic each week, such as coming out in high school, queer comedians who turn their trauma into jokes, the experience of coming out in regional Australia, as well as LGBTQIA+ Australians who have chosen not to come out.
The series features interviews with well-known and everyday Australians, as well as the perspectives of family members, colleagues and even teammates who have also been on these journeys.
