Strategic communications consultancy RICE has added five new partners to its business. The long-term senior employees join Sonya Madeira, Founder, and James Brasher, Managing Partner, as owners of the firm. The new partners are:

• Donna Garcia, Director and General Manager, Myanmar
• Mayda Jutahkiti, General Manager, Singapore
•  Agung S. Ongko, Director, Strategy and Insights
• Chai Zixin, Director, Growth
