Strategic communications consultancy RICE has added new consultants to its Singapore office. Hsu Lin joins the team as an Account Director, bringing with her over a decade of communications and public relations experience. Prior to RICE, Hsu Lin was Associate Director at Ninemer Communications for more than 11 years, where she rose through the ranks and consulted for B2B and consumer clients across Asia Pacific. In addition to Hsu Lin, RICE has also welcomed eight new consultants:
