Sam Taylor has returned to Hong Kong, joining China Coast Community as Communications Consultant. Before his most recent stint in Uganda with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), Sam worked as Director of Communications at the English Schools Foundation. With two decades in journalism and global non-profit work, he previously spent 11 years at MSF, including in Hong Kong, Ireland and Japan.
