Global business advisory firm, FTI Consulting, has promoted Izabela Szewczul to Senior Director in its Strategic Communications practice. For the past three years, she has been one of the key leaders in FTI Consulting’s ESG practice, specialising in ESG strategy development, reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Izabela initially joined the FTI Consulting team in 2020 as a Senior Consultant, having previously worked in the UK on a number of high-profile sustainability projects in the FMCG sector, as well as the not-for-profit sector.

Georgia Dillon has also been promoted to Director in the Strategic Communications practice. The role will see her continue to advise clients on local and global issues across industries, with a particular focus on the rapidly evolving energy sector.

Georgia first joined the firm in March 2020 as a Senior Consultant. Her experience spans corporate and public affairs, ESG and sustainability, and crisis and issues management, with prior roles in both the Australian and UK markets.
