PRHK's Hong Kong PR Young Lions 2023 competition, held in association with ImpactHK, has been won by Sinclair's Adam Chow and Camille Thoreau. The runner-ups were Brandon Lin and Crystal Yuen from The Hoffman Agency and Sonia Cheng and Joanne Chan at Sinclair. 

The winning campaign was based on an experiential exhibition, “Love Out Loud”, which allows the public to experience and empathise with what it’s like to struggle with the negative labels of homelessness. Adam and Camille will go on to represent Hong Kong at the global Young Lions Competition at Cannes in June.
