Thailand-based agency, Spotlight PR, has announced an investment agreement with global agency accelerator and venture fund, MXP Ventures. Alongside this investment, the agency will also undergo a rebranding to Spotlight Communications Asia, with an expanded suite of services that includes offerings beyond public relations, including KOL management, content creation, social media and digital marketing. 

The investment will also boost the agency's footprint in Southeast Asian markets as it looks towards expansion into Vietnam and Singapore in 2024.

Spotlight PR was founded in 2020 by Shaun Son Pham, a communications professional with more than 15 years of experience in Southeast Asia. The agency has since worked with established brands and startups, including Netflix, HBO GO, Cartoon Network, DC Comics, Amazon, SAP, Amity and Tesla.
