Schedule of a typical workday
8am: Wake up 
9:30am: Check and reply to emails
10am - 1pm: Finish daily tasks
1pm - 2pm: Lunch
2pm - 4pm: Meeting or finish ad hoc tasks
4pm - 6/7pm: Continue working on outstanding items
7pm - 8pm: Dinner
8pm - 10pm: Workout / rest
10pm: List out to-do list for tomorrow
