The West Australian announces partnership with CNBC

The West Australian has announced an Australia-first syndication deal with US-based news network, CNBC. The new partnership is aimed at bolstering The West Australian's business and financial coverage and will provide readers with access to CNBC's business coverage, market analysis and special reports. The deal will feature news around the clock, from the start of trading in Asia, through to the closing bell on Wall Street.

Readers will also be able to view video content, investigations, in-depth features, explainers, and mini-documentaries on key events impacting global markets.

The West Australian’s Editor-in-Chief, Anthony De Ceglie, said the company was “extremely excited” about its new partnership with CNBC. “CNBC’s fast-paced, hard-hitting yet digestible content is essential for any senior business leader — but also easily consumable for mums and dads wanting to understand the latest business trend or issue,” he said. “We’re particularly excited about sharing CNBC video content with consumers of The West Australian that will draw on the network’s unprecedented amount of real-time market analysis and web-exclusive special investigations.”

CNBC content is available on The West Australian's website now.
