Updates from Funding Societies (Modalku Group)

Funding Societies (Modalku Group) has a few changes within the team in Southeast Asia, including:
  • Nur Liyana has taken on the role of Regional Communications Manager. In her new role, she oversees the Group's communications initiatives including Public Relations, Content Marketing and Internal Communications across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. Liyana has been with Funding Societies since 2019 and has held roles in HABIB and PR agencies such as Essence Burson-Marsteller and Acorn Communications, where she worked with clientele mainly across the finance, tech and healthcare sectors. 
  • Based in Singapore, Joachim Leong has expanded his role and as Regional Public Relations, Assistant Manager, Joachim driving the group's public relations and communications initiatives across Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. Joachim brings with him close to a decade's worth of agency experience from Kreab Singapore, APRW, and Redhill with a specialisation in FinTech.
  • Errik Jaya Tirta (JT) has taken on the role of AVP Brand & Marketing Communications for Modalku, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Since starting with the firm in 2018, JT has risen through the ranks and is now responsible for managing Modalku's brand and marketing communications with the mandate to increase its brand awareness in Indonesia. Prior to Modalku, he was with Astra International (part of the Astra Group), the official distributor for Toyota in Indonesia where he was in charge of Marketing and Public Relations. 
  • Natasha Helena Kairupan (Sasa) has taken on the role of Junior Manager, Communications, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. She is in charge of both external and internal communications activities, building strong relationships with local media and Modalku's employees respectively. Prior to Modalku, she was with Indonesia-based PR agency Inke Maris, working with clients across various industries such as trading, pharmaceutical, and beauty. 
  • Jittin (Yu) Puntusoonthorn has joined the team as a Marketing Manager Thailand based in Bangkok. He is responsible for building up the firm's growth marketing and brand presence in Thailand. Prior to joining Funding Societies, Yu was with Wiki Global in the crypto and finance industry. He also had the opportunity to work with various traders in the industry. 
  • Anh Minh Do has joined as a Marketing Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. She is in charge of growing Funding Societies’ presence in the country through driving new initiatives, planning and executing marketing and communication activities. Anh’s core expertise focuses on the analytics and effectiveness of marketing activities. Prior to joining Funding Societies, she was with two global advertising agencies: Omnicom and WPP, working with brands across technology and FMCG sectors. 
  • Aldric Tinker Toyad joined the team as Senior Executive, Public Relations & Content based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He supports the public relations and content planning and development initiatives for Malaysia. Aldric is also part of the firm's regional Internal Communications (InterComm) team to host regular regional townhall sessions. Prior to joining Funding Societies, he was with the Malaysia Healthcare Travel Council (MHTC), Ogilvy PR, Berkshire Media, and Primeworks Studios. 
  • Huong (Pinkie) Nguyen has started as a Marketing Communications Executive based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. She's responsible for planning and executing internal communications activities and social media campaigns for the firm in Vietnam.
