RICE Communications has appointed Raymond Lau as an Account Director in its Singapore office. Raymond brings over a decade of journalism, agency and in-house experience, and will be leading key accounts. Prior to RICE, Raymond led Linde’s digital communications function in Asia-Pacific, where he oversaw internal and external communications activities across the region. Raymond previously served as Razer’s regional public relations manager and began his career in journalism, contributing to publications like The Straits Times, Yahoo! News, Hardwarezone and Techgoondu.

RICE has also promoted three consultants:

• Lizzy Li is now a Senior Account Manager. Lizzy joined RICE in 2018 and was most previously an Account Manager.
• Eugenia Siah has been with RICE since 2016 and has also been promoted to Senior Account Manager.
• Lydia Lee has been promoted to Account Manager. Joinng as an intern in 2018, Lydia steadily rose through the ranks during her time at the consultancy.
