Creative agency We Are Different has announced two promotions and new hires:

•  Zoe Finlayson has been promoted to a newly created role of Group Performance Director. She joined in March 2021 as from FleishmanHillard and has worked on a portfolio of clients across sectors including travel, FMCG and consumer tech. 
• Caitlin Falls has also been promoted to Performance Director. She came on board in September last year from Ogilvy PR and has driven client and team performance.
• Stephanie Alcevski has been appointed Senior Performance Executive. 
• Adrian Ceccato has joined as performance Executive.
