Sigma Awards ได้เปิดตัว Sigmas Slack Team ซึ่งทำหน้าที่เป็นฮอตสปอตใหม่สำหรับนักข่าวด้านข้อมูล (data journalist) โดยทางโปรแกรมจะตั้งค่าการแชทสดกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากต่างประเทศเป็นประจำในหัวข้อที่สำคัญต่อชุมชนสื่อสารมวลชนด้านข้อมูล(data journalist) Sigmas Slack Team เปิดให้เข้าร่วมได้โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆจากทุกคนที่ประสงค์จะมีส่วนร่วมในชุมชนสื่อสารมวลชนด้านข้อมูลระหว่างประเทศ สามารถกรอกแบบฟอร์ม Google นี้เพื่อเข้าถึงแชทสดและการสนทนาทั้งหมด สามารถดูข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมได้ที่ sigmaawards.org
