BCW has announced a series of senior promotions within the agency’s Singapore team. Cindy Lim has been promoted to Managing Director and Market Leader, BCW Singapore, taking on the role previously held by Rikki Jones who moves up to Chief Executive Officer of the BCW Group, Singapore. Emily Belton has also been promoted to Director and will join BCW Singapore’s senior leadership team.

Cindy’s promotion to Managing Director and Market Leader will see her take on the leadership of BCW’s Singapore business. She joined BCW in mid-2020 as Senior Director, APAC Integrated Communications and has been instrumental in the Singapore office’s expansion and continued transformation. Rikki remains responsible for overseeing the continued growth of BCW Singapore, supporting Cindy and the rest of the agency’s leadership team, in addition to her role as the regional leader of GCI Health, a global specialty health and medical communications agency. Rikki took on responsibility for BCW Singapore mid-last year, having spent 12 years with the agency network in different geographies and roles. Emily, who joined the Singapore office in mid-2020 after working for BCW in mainland China and the UK, steps up to form part of the senior leadership team. She will play an increased role in guiding the agency’s people-first, client-centric growth culture and mindset.
