Finsbury has announced the appointment of Richard Barton as Partner, based in its Hong Kong office. With two decades' experience in Asia, Richard has advised senior executives on mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, corporate and reputation management, and litigations. He joins Finsbury after more than seven years at Newgate Communications, which he founded and led in Hong Kong.
