Shannon-lee Mackay has started as Director of Media at the NSW Department of Customer Service. She joins from Imperial Brands Australasia, where she spent three years as Corporate and Legal Affairs Communications Manager. The new role marks a return to state government for Shannon-lee - she spent almost 10 years as Principal Media Manager Corporate Communications at NSW Roads and Maritime Services.
