Telum spoke to Emma Dale, co-founder and Managing Director at Prospect Resourcing, to talk about the 10^th annual Prospect and Public Affairs Asia State of the Industry Report. The report showed that last year was a tough year financially for public relations and communications professionals in Asia with 10 percent experiencing a decrease in pay from 2019 and nearly 40 percent receiving the same salary as 2019. The pandemic did show widespread recognition of the value of communications leading to more responsibility and expanded scope.
