Telum Talks To... Rachel Morarjee
The war in Ukraine has highlighted the vital role played by journalists in reporting from conflicts. This week Telum Talks to Rachel Morarjee who was an Afghanistan Correspondent for the AFP newswire and for the Financial Times during the war against the Taliban.
Rachel has also been based in China, where she wrote for Reuters Breakingviews and was Network Director at the Economist Corporate Network. She has also lived in Moscow. Now the Managing Director of Darken Light Consulting and based in the UK where she advises multinationals on geopolitical risk, she shared her own experiences reporting from a war zone, the challenges being faced by journalists in Ukraine and her thoughts on the geopolitical implications of the war in Ukraine.
