JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand client requirements and provide cross-market investor relations and public relations advisory to HK-listed companies
• Co-develop and execute IR / PR strategies on a case-by-case basis effectively to enhance communications with clients’ shareholders, fund managers, buy / sell-side analysts, and media
• Design and execute effective IR / PR programs, handle investors’ inquiries, organize and formulate investor presentations, website content, press releases, and interim / annual reports
• Conduct market analysis, financial analysis, industry analysis, business unit performance analysis, and operation analysis
• Coordinate to conduct investor meetings, road shows, investment conferences, shareholder meetings, media interviews, and visits for clients
• Cultivate relationships with existing clients, and establish strong networks with the media, investors, and regulatory bodies

CANDIDATE CRITERIA:

• A degree with a major in Business, Finance, Accounting, Journalism, or a related discipline
• 1 - 2 years of experience in financial PR would be advantageous. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Ability to analyze financial data and trends
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, also have a collaborative mindset
• Taking initiative and being proactive in problem-solving, being able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Effective communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English writing
