Our client is a leading global travel service provider. The company helps travellers plan and enjoy better trips with their advanced apps, websites, partnerships and 24/7 customer service centres. As their international business has developed very quickly in 2023, they are now seeking to hire a Corporate PR Manager to join the International PR team.

This role is based in Shanghai China and will support and report to the Corporate PR Head with a focus on C-suite communications and engagements with stakeholders including the media, international organisations and government agencies.

Key Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Communications, Public Relations or Journalism for B2C industries e.g. tourism, hospitality, consumer goods, commerce, consumer technology etc.
• Native level English speaker and writer. Proficiency in Mandarin will be a plus but not mandatory.
• Have some experience working / supporting C-suite leaders in PR / Communications.
• Possess strong understanding and network of regional and / or international contacts.
• A relationship builder who can establish rapport and nurture long term relations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive in identifying thought leadership and editorial opportunities to profile senior leaders.
• Experienced in managing media interviews and preparing key messages / content.
• Organised, strong in timeline management and highly attentive to details.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A self-starter with a calm and mature personality.
• Able to multitask and perform under pressure.
• Familiar and comfortable working within matrix, flat hierarchy, multi-cultural and international organisations.
• Willing to travel for work.
