Branson and Ayliffe team up for crisis comms training offering
Sally Branson and Tim Ayliffe are harnessing their nearly 50 years' experience in media, leadership, politics, diplomacy, and communications to launch a new crisis consulting service. The partnership will provide training and consultation services to business leaders and organisations, covering crisis preparedness and response, risk analysis, and communications and media training.
A crisis communications veteran, Sally brings 25 years' experience across diplomatic, military, government and corporate settings. Her background includes serving as Senior Press Secretary to a former Australian Prime Minister and as an advisor to the US Joint Chiefs of Staff. She provides services through her own boutique consultancy, Sally Branson Consulting Group.
With a 25-year background in journalism, Tim previously worked as Executive Producer of News Breakfast and Managing Editor of TV & News in Australia at the ABC, following roles in London for Britain's Sky News. He’s also a best-selling thriller author and communications consultant, providing services such as writing workshops, public speaking and media training.
