Bauer Media completes sale of Australian and NZ publishing operations
Bauer Australia and NZ operations now owned by Mercury Capital
Bauer Media has completed the sale of its Australian publishing business to Mercury Capital now that it has received relevant regulatory approval.
The sale includes those brands recently acquired by Bauer from Pacific Magazines, and Bauer's New Zealand mastheads.
Reports from New Zealand this morning suggest several NZ mastheads including Woman’s Day, New Zealand Woman’s Weekly, and Your Home & Garden and NZ Listener will once again be published having been shuttered during the height of the COVID-19 lockdowns.
