Carrie Bickmore has announced she is leaving The Project after 13 years as a Presenter on the show. She announced the news on Tuesday night's programme, confirming she will finish at the end of the year.

Carrie told viewers, “It’s been the hardest decision of my professional life to make this call but it’s time for a new challenge." 

Carrie has been a Presenter on The Project since it first launched in 2009.
