New media outlet The Vibes launched on 19^th September at Kota Kinabalu. The news portal aims to promote quality and independent journalism. Its tagline 'Malaysia, From Every Side' means to inform and educate the readers what is going on in the country and takes a step further by turning talk into action. Managing Editor, Terence Fernandez spearheads the launch and he leads a group of the editorial team members. The veteran media practitioner brings with him over 25 years in media and communications industry. He used to be the Managing Editor at FZ.com, Malay Mail, Investigations Editor at theSun and to name a few. The Vibes is also supported by Datuk Ahirudin Attan (also known as Rocky Bru), who is the Executive Director of News & Media.
