Blue Totem Communications (BTC), an independent public relations and communications agency, has announced several promotions within its Singapore team.

Jo-Ann Teo has been promoted to Senior Consultant. In this role, she guides the agency’s direction as part of the senior team and oversees accounts such as True Group, General Assembly and the Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research and Technology (SMART). Jo-Ann joined BTC following an editorial role for regional trade publications and has been leading PR campaigns and events for both B2B and B2C clients.

Eileen Kang and Colin Lau have both been promoted to Associate Consultant. Eileen brings knowledge on social trends as well as insight into the agency's influencer outreach campaigns and product launches she managed.

Colin has developed his skills beyond traditional comms, including video production, website management and advertising. He has also helped build clients into industry thought leaders in deep tech and cybersecurity.
