Boeing appoints new President to lead SEA operations
Penny Burtt has been named President of Boeing's Southeast Asia business. She will spearhead its strategy and operations from Singapore as the global aerospace company expands its regional presence. Penny will also become the Director and Chair of Boeing Singapore and the President Director of Boeing Indonesia.
She most recently led public policy and government relations for the Asia Pacific region at Stripe. Before that, Penny was the Group CEO at Asialink and held Asia leadership positions at Visa and McKinsey & Company. She is a former Australian diplomat who served in Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia.
Brendan Nelson AO, President of Boeing Global, said “We are excited to have Penny join Boeing as she brings a strong combination of diplomatic and business skills through her 25 years in the private and public sectors across the region".
