Brunswick names its new Head of the Hong Kong Office

Brunswick has announced the appointment of Elaine Li to Head of the Hong Kong Office, effective immediately. With close to two decades of experience, she joined the firm in 2015 and currently leads its Asia Pacific financial situations practice.

Elaine has advised multinational clients on critical communications issues related to M&A, IPOs, corporate restructuring, investor engagement, shareholder activism and crises. Prior to joining Brunswick, she oversaw investor relations for a US-listed company and started out as an auditor at Deloitte.

Neal Wolin, Brunswick's Chief Executive Officer, said, "I am delighted Elaine is becoming Head of the Hong Kong Office. She has played a central role in supporting the continued growth of the office over several years, bringing her extensive expertise and networks to bear for clients and colleagues. She will be a fantastic leader of the Hong Kong team, which plays such an important role in the Asia Pacific region and across the wider Brunswick network."
