Public relations advisory firm, Character + Distinction, has announced that on 1^st March 2023, Annie Carroll will be appointed to the position of Partner, where she will co-lead the business alongside the advisory’s Co-Founder, Sarah Green. 

Carroll’s appointment comes as Character + Distinction’s Co-Founder and Managing Director, Kate Dinon, has been appointed to the role of VP Brand and Communications at Culture Amp. She joins the employee experience platform after six years leading Character + Distinction alongside Sarah. 

Following her transition to Culture Amp, Kate will step back into an advisory role to Sarah and Annie, and remain an active partner in the seed fund she founded with Sarah, Protagonist.
