Clarity Communications celebrates 25 years; announces leadership changes

Clarity Communications has celebrated its 25th year in business, continuing its strategic growth with new leadership appointments.

After nine years at Clarity, Anne Gribble has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer. She will be responsible for guiding the agency's next phase of growth and leading its team of 26 consultants and designers. Anne has a background in consulting within Western Australia, as well as in international markets, with experience in brand strategy and market research.

Hayley Cardy has taken on a new role as Communications Director, which will see her lead a team of 12 specialist communications consultants. She rejoins Clarity with experience in senior corporate communications, including her most recent position as Group Manager of Communications at South32.

Bart Gardula, has started as Design Director and will lead a team of 12 designers. He has been with the team for the past 11 years, and has agency experience in Western Australia and overseas.

Clarity’s Founders, Anthony Hasluck, Daniel Carroll, and Kellie Hasluck are delighted to see the next generation of leaders driving the day-to-day success of the company, with Anthony saying: "Appointing new leaders for the growing Clarity team is the right way to start our 25th anniversary because it means we are focusing on the long-term role of our agency in the business community, while we celebrate our track record."

Daniel added: "I’m excited to welcome Anne, Hayley and Bart to the Clarity leadership team. Together we will be continuing the high levels of creativity, collaboration and advice that Clarity is known for and that will ensure the ongoing success of our business."

The new leadership team is rounded out with a further four appointments and promotions. Liza White will become Director of Business Development, after having spent three years with Clarity as Client Relationship Manager. Sarah Murray returns to the agency from local and overseas senior corporate roles, joining Niall Naghten as Associate Directors of Communications, while Ashley Valmadre has been appointed as Design Manager.
